Looking for an intense bicep workout?
Check out the video above from the guys Physiques of Greatness. This is a killer weight training arm routine. Before I posted this video up I thought I’d give it a shot. I ran it yesterday morning (about 36 hours ago) and my arms are killing me now! In fact, I can barely extend my arm fully. I’m guilty of being in a bit of a plateau with my arm training for a while. Same bicep/tricep workout, same exercises and little results for the past 10 weeks or so. This bicep workout was just what I needed to get things moving again.
